Neighborhood
Ivanhoe is in the Town of Davie, which is just southwest of Fort Lauderdale. We are a collection of communities on both sides of I-75, between Sheridan Street and Griffin Road. Ivanhoe-Waterford specifically, is located just north of Stirling Road, between I-75 and SW 148th Ave. (Volunteer Road).

Below is an interactive map of the area surrounding Ivanhoe-Waterford, with an indicator showing the Davie Ivanhoe Community Room, where our homeowner meetings are held. It is accessed via Falcons Lea Drive, off Stirling. Take your first left, at Falconsgate Ave, and you'll see an access road that takes you to the community room.
